Expected behaviour and acceptable use for HeadStart community features.

1. Purpose

HeadStart community features are intended to create a constructive environment in which members can learn, exchange ideas and support one another.

2. Expected behaviour

Be respectful, constructive and relevant. Do not bully, harass, threaten or discriminate against others; publish unlawful or deliberately harmful content; impersonate another person; disclose another person's private information without permission; spam or promote scams; infringe intellectual-property rights; or attempt to compromise the platform's security.

3. Financial and professional discussions

Members may discuss general experiences and educational topics, but community posts should not be presented as personalised professional advice. Users should be cautious about acting on financial, legal, tax, employment or other important information supplied by another member.

4. Moderation

HeadStart may review, restrict, remove or preserve content where reasonably necessary to enforce these guidelines, investigate reports, protect users, maintain service integrity or comply with law. Serious or repeated breaches may result in account restrictions or termination.

5. Reporting concerns

Users can report content or behaviour using the reporting or customer-service channels provided by HeadStart. Immediate threats to safety should be reported to the appropriate emergency or public authority.
